What Is The Cheapest Full Suspension Mountain Bike Out There?
i need to get a fairly good price on a decent full suspension mountain bike but i dont really want to spend a boat load of cash for one. i will be doing all sorts of riding-road, paths, jumps, trails, downhill.

Look at Apollo if you want cheap
The disciplines that you’re listing just arent easily filled by one bike… let alone one bike at a budget rate. For example, for what you’ve listed (road, trails, paths, jumps, downhill) I have four bikes to do…. The best do-it-all bike I’ve ridden is a toss up between the Ellsworth Moment and the Maverick ML8, though neither could even be remotely considered cheap, let alone cheapest…. I’d lean to the Moment since I’m more of a descender than a climber but they’re both tops.
That said…. going with a good hardtail vs a cheap duallie will honestly give you a much more pleasant and fulfilling riding experience if price is the biggest issue.
My advice to you would be to take your time with the build and find a solid all mountain frame you can grow with. Something along the lines of a Santa Cruz Bullit or Nomad, or a Kona Coiler… though they wont be cheap. If you can get frames for under $1000, that’s a solid deal. You could probably find a used Maverick ML7/5 or ML8 for $800 or so…
Check sites like pinkbike too for used stuff and you can score some really good deals. I picked up an ‘07 888 for $200 and it works & looks like no one ever rode it…
there is the giant yukon fx for $920 that is the absolute cheapest but i rccomend the cannondale rush 6 or 7(the 6 is beter but more expensive) the 7 is about $1200(much better quality than the giant, and i think it has a beter geometry) the giant also has the geomtry of a hybrid bike while the rush has one more like a cross country bike.http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-US/bike…http://www.cannondale.com/bikes/09/cusa/…http://www.cannondale.com/bikes/09/cusa/…
Check with the local bike shops a new one starts out at around $900. Don’t buy one from a big box store they are junk.
