What Bike Is Better, A Bmx Or Mountain Bike?
I was planning to buy a new bike and I don’t know to get a BMX bike or mountain bike.

BMX bikes are for kids, period.
Whatever type of riding you want to do, there is a 26″ bike that’s built for it. If you want to jump, find a dirt jump mountain bike like a Specialized P1 or something similar, if you want to trail ride then find yourself a nice chromoly or aluminum hardtail from any of the reputable manufacturers.
If you’re 12 or 13 and like to wear your sister’s jeans, then get a BMX.
Well that really depends on what you want the bike for…
For example if you live in high mountains an you like riding
around places mountain bikes is one of the best to use…
But if you want to perform tricks with the bike then I
suggest you buying a bmx…With bmx you can perform many
tricks and you can learn them from watching at YouTube…
The only nice trick that you perform with a Mountain bike
is a wheelie but it damages the tires if you don’t have a
shock absorber…It is you’re choice I hope I helped and have

at all depends on the riding you plan on doing…if you want a do it all bike that can handle some freeridding and a little bit of mt. biking look at a free ride bike….something like a black market riot, Kona Stuff or something along those lines you can have a bike that will handle a bmx park and yet many freeride bikes have gears so you can still cruise around town relitivly comfortably…they can be used to mt. bike but usually a freeride bike you would ride a smaller frame which makes it a little more difficult to mt. bike with…..

Depends what you want to do with it. If you want to do tricks, or dirt roads a BMX bike. If you want to ride far a mountain bike.
neither is better…. if your going a longer distance youll want comfort like on a mountain bike a bmx if ur just ridin around tryin to look cool or hitting jumps or doing tricks
