all you really have to do is try to slow down and try to ride in a straight line(this is so when you do the wheelie you don’t fall off to the side) and then you pull up on the handle bars and pedal as fast as you can but not so fast you fall off the back

you could stand up, get your pedals level, slow down, push down and pull up as you start lifting up. Keep pedaling.
